Giulio Urbani has worked for over 10 years with international Chefs, and his experience has been shaped by a multitude of kitchens, from Michelin star restaurants to catering and private events, big hotels and small private venues, which gave him the opportunity to cater to HNW and UHNW clients all over the world.

The nutritionist

In order to deepen his knowledge and understanding of the human body in relation to food, Giulio Urbani has completed a MSc in Human Nutrition and Applied Dietetics held by the prestigious Università Politecnica delle Marche.

Depending on your case and desires, the meeting is followed by a clinical anamnesis combined with a number of specific tests in order to help us determine eventual food intolerances, nutritional deficiencies, and different insights on how your current choices are affecting your general well-being (e.g. levels of stress and/or inflammation). Needless to say, the depth and width of our discussion about the science behind our work will entirely depend on your will and curiosity.

Our suggestions will strive to embrace different styles of cuisines, and they will be mostly based on seasonal and local produce, containing the least possible amount of animal sources.

Even though we do not classify as a strictly plant based service, unless explicitly agreed with the client, we believe this to be the best possible choice for both the consumer and the environment as a whole.
